(hereinafter referred to as NTC) is a private company within the
meaning of the Indian Company Act, 1956 registered in Gujarat, India. |

| NTC is a Packaging company manufacturing specific packaging products with its maneuver in Ahmedabad, one of the major cities of Gujarat state, in western part of India. |
|||||||||||
The
company was established in 1981, and commenced its first line of
production in 1982. At present the companies manufacturing plant
integrate totally five lines of production, together with two lines
imported from West Germany. |

company has successfully operated as one of the family owned business
unit for sustainable competitive advantage over its competitors
within its existing as well as target markets. |
