equipments NTC delivers drawn textures yarn tubes engineered to
meet customer demand for consistency, performance and value. NTC
draw textured tubes are designed to accommodate today's accelerated
winding speed and unique requirements of automatic equipments, this
enables consumers to maximize productivity and virtually eliminate
downtime. NTC offers a wide range of groove, notch and sore configurations
suitable for all winder types. The tubes manufactured incorporate
colored greaseproof paper that assist in surface smoothness, and
also serve as an identification system. Developed by NTC, yarn tubes
with rolled ends are presently an industry standard, offering maximum
protection from snagging as the yarn moves across the end during
knitting and weaving. Summarising the textile carrier segment manufactured
at NTC, the company specialises in fabricating paper tubes for winding
texturise and twisted yarn called DTY TUBES, paper tubes for partial
oriented yarns called POY BOBBINS and paper cores used for winding

This
are the one of the most modern tubes and cores manufactured by NTC
especially for construction purpose. These tubes and cores are used
as... pilings for home and decks, backyard,
play area, fences, mailboxes and lamps. The paper tubes used
are relatively large and can be made out of recycled or recyclable
paper. The tubes can be water proofed using liquid clear urethane
or boiled linseed oil (although this must be reapplied every year).
The tubes are usually held together using... structural
plywood, laminated wood joints and metal trusses. Sometimes
gaps in the tubes are left open for the filtration of light, for
exterior walls; however, the gaps can be sealed using waterproof
sponge tapes or some other material. Paper
tube architecture has had a very real and remarkable impact for
the victims of the great Gujarat earthquake. For these victims
NTC constructed temporary log homes using paper tubes. The homes
were constructed out of recycled beer crates, to protect from ground
dampness, recycled paper tubes for walls, and a Teflon-coated tenting
for the roof. NTC's application of paper-tube construction was not
only innovative, but also very practical and viable. NTC
has a sound technology of constructing such houses in six hours,
for Rs. 50,000 per structure. |
